- Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin installed. WooCommerce
- Unpack the archive and download the “without-payment-for-woocommerce” folder in your-domain / wp-content / plugins
- Activate the plugin

This plugin is very helpful and useful for shops that require a contact between seller and buyer before the final order is accepted.
