WordPress Volunteer Project Manager

Description

Display and manage volunteer projects for any purpose.

  • Registers custom post type wp-vpm-projects
  • Registers metaboxes to the editing screen for project meta fields

This plugin is in beta, and is not yet appropriate for a production site.

Important features like post ordering and administrative settings are absent.

That said, perhaps you will find it useful!

  • Project listed with the shortcode functions placed above and below the content.
  • Admin metabox. Currently, meta options are hardcoded.

Installation

  1. Upload the wp-vpmanager zip file to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. To get basic functionality, place the [wp-vpm-status] and [wp-vpm-joinbutton] shortcodes in a new project.
