Es un plug bastante sencillo, el mejor que me he encontrado de todos los gratis, con esta función. Muy bueno.

It looks beautiful. But it does more than described: it also adds smooth scrolling with no settings to #links. And plugin does it in JS, in a way no #link is added to browser url, css :selected is not set, css styles doesn’t work. Plugin does what it wasn’t supposed to do, in non-standard way, breaking things. Can’t disable it. If could disable it, and could set top scroll speed to 0 (instant), then it’s easy 5 stars. But right now it’s too messy, will not use it. Would probably add a semi-transparent background to animated item, if it’s above content as it is, it’s awkward.
