## Description

Blue Editoria : Content workflow helps WordPress teams analyze existing content,
prepare SEO and GEO-friendly content workflows, manage internal linking, edit content
faster, and automate editorial tasks from a guided WordPress admin interface.

The plugin is designed for site owners, agencies, editors and SEO teams who need
a simple workflow without turning WordPress into a complex page builder. It guides
the user through setup, content scanning, analyzed content review, spreadsheet-style
editing, internal linking, content campaigns, metadata suggestions, schema preparation,
and AI-assisted content generation.

#### Main features

 * Guided dashboard with simple next-step recommendations.
 * Content scanning for selected post types.
 * Content library with SEO, GEO and internal linking indicators.
 * Spreadsheet-style content view for fast review and bulk workflows.
 * Internal linking suggestions, validation and link inventory.
 * Campaign workflow for creating and improving content.
 * AI-assisted content generation and regeneration from existing content context.
 * Meta title and meta description suggestions.
 * Schema and rich result readiness helpers.
 * llms.txt preparation tools for AI discovery workflows.
 * Multilingual organization for WPML, Polylang or language-aware sites.
 * Admin notifications limited to plugin actions.
 * Logs, diagnostics and performance cache helpers for safer operation.

#### Built for WordPress workflows

Blue Editoria : Content workflow uses WordPress post types, fields, taxonomies and
content APIs. It does not create new fields automatically and does not replace your
theme. The plugin is meant to help you analyze, organize and improve content while
keeping control inside WordPress.

#### External service disclosure

Some features connect to the Blue Editoria : Content workflow service hosted on
blue-editoria.com.

Service name:

 * Blue Editoria : Content workflow service.

The service is used for:

 * Service account connection and site authorization for remote processing.
 * Credit balance and usage history for remote AI requests.
 * AI generation, regeneration and structured suggestions processed outside WordPress.

A service account is not required to install, activate or use the local WordPress
features of the plugin. A configured service key is required only when the user
deliberately triggers connected remote features such as AI generation, credit balance,
usage history or account-backed generation requests.

Service endpoint:

 * https://blue-editoria.com/wp-json/seo-license-manager/v1/

Data sent to the service may include:

 * Site URL, installation ID, plugin version and WordPress version.
 * Service key and site connection token when configured.
 * User prompts and selected content data required for the requested generation.
 * Content titles, excerpts, selected post content, field mappings, post type context,
   target language, SEO/GEO instructions and internal linking context.
 * Usage metadata such as generation action, status, token counts and credit usage.

Each successful remote AI request may consume service credits. Editorial outputs
are charged from the number of words actually generated (one generated word equals
one credit). Assistants, audits and suggestions that do not produce final editorial
content are charged from actual token usage (100 tokens equal one credit, rounded
up). The central service validates and applies the final charge, while the plugin
displays the confirmed usage and remaining balance. A failed remote request consumes
no credit, and failed local validation never modifies WordPress content. The service
may retain the generation identifier, usage metadata and generated response needed
to prevent duplicate billing, replay an interrupted response and provide usage history.

Data received from the service may include:

 * Service account status.
 * Credit balance and usage information.
 * AI-generated text, structured JSON suggestions or generation errors.

No third-party AI provider key is exposed in the browser by the plugin. AI requests
are routed through the documented service endpoint when the user triggers an AI
feature.

You can disable outgoing AI service calls with the `aiscb_allow_external_saas_calls`
filter. AI generation features will not work while service calls are disabled.

Service terms and privacy information:

 * Terms of service: https://blue-editoria.com/conditions-et-confidentialites/

### Privacy

Blue Editoria : Content workflow stores plugin settings, scan state, generated suggestions,
logs, local usage history and model data in the WordPress database.

When connected AI features are used, the plugin sends the minimum data needed for
the selected action to the service endpoint listed above. Administrators should
review the provider terms and privacy information and inform site users according
to their own privacy obligations.

### Developer Notes

Useful filters include:

 * `aiscb_detected_fields`
 * `aiscb_available_components`
 * `aiscb_generation_payload`
 * `aiscb_generated_html`
 * `aiscb_generated_css`
 * `aiscb_activation_rules`
 * `aiscb_allow_external_saas_calls`

Generated frontend CSS is scoped with the `aiscb-` prefix to reduce theme conflicts.
The plugin should not load admin assets globally outside its own screens.

## Installation

 3. Open “Blue Editoria : Content workflow” in the WordPress admin menu.
 4. Configure the content types you want to analyze.

    AI generation features.

## FAQ

### Does the plugin guarantee better rankings?

No. The plugin helps with content analysis, structured workflows, internal linking
and AI-assisted optimization. Search ranking depends on many factors outside the
plugin.

### Does the plugin guarantee Google rich results?

No. The schema tools help prepare eligible structured data and identify missing
fields. Google decides whether rich results appear.

### Does the plugin send content to an external service?

Only connected features send data to the Blue Editoria : Content workflow service,
such as service account checks, credit balance, usage history and AI generation
requests. Local admin screens and cached analysis data are handled inside WordPress
unless a connected feature is triggered. Before the first connected request, an
administrator must confirm the external-service disclosure shown on the account
screen.

### Can I use it without an AI service account?

Yes. A service account is not required to activate the plugin. Local organization,
configuration and analysis workflows can be used without remote AI generation. Features
that require remote AI processing, account status, usage history or credits require
a configured service account because the processing happens on the documented external
service.

### Does the plugin modify my theme?

No. The plugin does not write to theme files. Generated or assisted outputs are
stored through WordPress data structures and plugin options.

### Does it work with ACF, JetEngine, Yoast SEO or Rank Math?

The plugin detects supported WordPress fields and common SEO fields when available.
It does not create or modify third-party plugin fields automatically.

### Is it compatible with multilingual sites?

The plugin includes language-aware organization for multilingual workflows. Internal
linking should be managed by language to avoid mixing pages from different languages.
