Kargobaz is an international shipping platform for online sellers in Turkey. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to your Kargobaz account in one click:
- One-click connection – approve Kargobaz on the standard WooCommerce authorization screen. No API keys to copy.
- Automatic order import – orders with the “Processing” status appear in your Kargobaz order list with the customer address, products and prices.
- Shipping rates on the order screen – see the price and delivery time of every carrier for an order without leaving WordPress. Weight and dimensions are filled in from your products.
- Discounted international rates – compare UPS, FedEx, Aramex and other carriers and create the shipping label and customs documents on Kargobaz.
- Tracking written back – when the label is created, Kargobaz marks the order as completed and adds the carrier and tracking number as a customer note, so your customer is notified by WooCommerce.
- Order screen shortcut – a Kargobaz box on every order takes you straight to label creation.
The plugin itself is lightweight: it adds the WooCommerce > Kargobaz page and the order box. Orders are read and updated by Kargobaz through the official WooCommerce REST API using keys that WooCommerce creates when you approve the connection. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes those keys.
A free Kargobaz account is required. Shipping rates are shown on Kargobaz before you create a label; there is no subscription fee.
External services
This plugin connects your store to the Kargobaz service (https://kargobaz.com), operated by TURKISHIP Elektronik Ticaret Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., Istanbul, Turkey. The service is required: it is where shipping labels are created.
- When you click “Connect to Kargobaz”, your browser opens kargobaz.com with your store address (home URL) so that Kargobaz can start the WooCommerce authorization. After you approve it, WooCommerce sends a read/write REST API key for your store to kargobaz.com.
- While connected, Kargobaz reads your “Processing” orders through the WooCommerce REST API, including the customer’s name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, ordered products and prices, in order to create shipping labels and customs declarations. When a label is created, Kargobaz updates the order status and adds a note with the tracking number.
- When you click “Show shipping rates” on an order, your store sends the order’s destination (country, city, postal code) and the package weight and dimensions to kargobaz.com, and shows the returned prices. The request is signed with the API key created for Kargobaz; no customer name, address line, email or phone number is sent.
- When you click the other Kargobaz buttons (open orders, create label, create account), kargobaz.com is opened in your browser.
The plugin does not send any data in the background; requests are only made when you click one of the buttons above.

Installation
- Install and activate the plugin from Plugins > Add New (search for “Kargobaz”), or upload the zip file.
- Go to WooCommerce > Kargobaz and click Connect to Kargobaz.
- Sign in to Kargobaz (or create a free account), click Connect with WooCommerce and then Approve on the WooCommerce screen.
- Your “Processing” orders now appear under Integrations > Orders on Kargobaz.
Requirements: WooCommerce, HTTPS (SSL) on your store, and pretty permalinks (any option other than “Plain” under Settings > Permalinks).

Do I need a Kargobaz account?

Yes. Creating an account is free; you only pay for the labels you create.

Which orders are imported?

Orders with the WooCommerce “Processing” status, i.e. paid orders that are not shipped yet.

Does the plugin slow down my store?

No. The plugin does nothing on the storefront and makes no background requests. Kargobaz talks to your store through the WooCommerce REST API only when you view your orders or create a label, and the plugin contacts Kargobaz only when you ask for shipping rates.

Are the shipping rates the same as on Kargobaz?

Yes, they are the prices of your own Kargobaz account, including your discounts. They are estimates: the final price depends on the measured weight and dimensions, and customs duties paid by the recipient are not included.

How do I disconnect?

Go to WooCommerce > Kargobaz and click Disconnect. This deletes the API keys WooCommerce created for Kargobaz. You can also disconnect the store on the Kargobaz Integrations page. Deleting the plugin also deletes these API keys, so Kargobaz can no longer access your store.
